How do I book a service?
You can self book online, email us or give us a call to make a booking.

Welcome to cash free payment; We accept credit cards, debit cards, apple pay, cash app and more, digitally through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule by logging into your account online, emailing us, or giving us a call. Note: Cancellations after 5 PM the day before your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes please give us as much detail as possible about the scope of work and we will provide you with a free estimate within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
Your credit card will be automatically charged after the service is completed and you are satisfied with the results.

How long does a typical house cleaning session take?
Our goal is to complete most cleanings within 3 hours, but the exact duration depends on the size of your home and any extras selected. We will assign multiple cleaners if needed.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
No, we will provide our own cleaning supplies so you can sit back and relax.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
Yes, we offer recurring monthly cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning or weekly cleaning sessions.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our cleaners take pictures after the service to ensure everything meets your expectations. If you're not satisfied, we’ll come back to re-clean or offer a refund.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you are welcome to leave a key or passcode behind while you work or run errands. Our thoroughly vetted and trusted professionals ensure your home is in good hands.

What types of handyman tasks do you handle?
We offer a variety of solutions big and small including furniture assembly, fixture installation, dry wall repair, mounting services, painting and more.
Can you provide same-day handyman services?
Yes, we strive to accommodate last-minute appointments whenever possible. Contact us to check availability.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
If you are unhappy with the service, we will come back and correct any issues free of charge.
How do you price handyman projects?
Our pricing is based on hourly or daily rates, depending on the size and scope of the project. We’ll provide a clear estimate upfront, so there are no surprises.
What tools and materials do I need to provide?
We will provide all of the tools while you are responsible for the materials. We are happy to collect the materials for you for a transportation and handling fee. We will submit any material receipts to you for reimbursement.
